A Career-Defining Chapter in Enterprise Design Innovation

Early in my career, I was tasked with a challenge few designers are given, help global sales teams explain massive, complex service offerings in a way executives could actually understand.

Embedded directly within sales, account, and solution teams at EDS, HP, HPE, and DXC, I pioneered the use of motion graphics, visual storytelling, and interactive media to support high-stakes sales pursuits. These videos weren’t marketing fluff, they were strategic tools used in executive orals, follow-up communications, and global internal rollouts.

This work supported deals ranging from $200M to $1B+, earned executive recognition at global sales conferences, and became a repeatable model adopted across regions and teams.

  • Sole Creative Director & Design Strategist

    • Embedded with global sales, account, and solution teams

    • Discovered win themes, client pain points, and solution narratives

    • Designed end-to-end motion graphics and storytelling systems

    • Partnered with scriptwriters and professional voice talent

    • Extended visual language across presentations, collateral, and internal tools

    • Supported both flagship pursuits and rapid “quick-win” opportunities

    • Supported enterprise pursuits ranging from $200M to $1B+

    • Recognized by leadership at global sales conferences

    • Frequently requested for top, high-visibility accounts

    • Influenced company-wide adoption of motion storytelling techniques

    • Sparked investment in complementary innovations:

      • Internal sales apps

      • Custom intranet experiences

      • Interactive PDFs and digital tools

What began as experimentation became a repeatable, scalable approach to enterprise sales storytelling.

  • This chapter of my career is where I discovered my passion for design as a strategic force — not just execution.

Beyond the videos themselves, this work shaped how I think about:

    • Design as a business lever

    • Storytelling as a leadership tool

    • Collaboration across disciplines

    • Innovation under real pressure

Many of the principles I apply today, in UX strategy, design thinking, and executive communication, were forged here.
